Important Information About Team Leader Applications

Please note that a team leader application must be submitted per discipline, even if your request concerns multiple disciplines.

Every application is checked against the membership list received from your association.
If we have not received a list from your association, we will contact them to request confirmation of your application.

If your name does not appear on the association’s list, or if we do not receive confirmation from your association, your application cannot be approved.

If your name is on the received list, or your association confirms your request, you will receive a login and password at the email address provided in your application.
During your first login, you will be asked to change your password for security reasons.

If an application is submitted by an association located in a country where multiple FMBB‑member associations operate under the cooperation agreement, all FMBB‑member associations in that country will be contacted to verify your application.

Your application must also include the name and email address of the person who should receive the payment invitation for the registrations.
This information is very important—please ensure it is correct. When in doubt, verify it with your association.

Once your application is approved and your login and password are activated, you will gain access to the participant registration system for your discipline.
If you are not logged in, the webpage will prompt you to log in and then redirect you to the correct page.
